Bio
Sam is an RCVS Recognised Specialist in Feline Medicine, a European Specialist in Veterinary Internal Medicine, and a Fellow of the RCVS. She has extensive experience in both university and private referral practice and currently serves as the Specialist Lead for the International Society of Feline Medicine, as well as the Clinical Board and Residency Lead at Linnaeus.
Sam is also an honorary lecturer in internal medicine at the University of Surrey. She played a pivotal role in establishing the FIP advice email service alongside other specialists, which has provided support by responding to over 1,200 enquiries about novel treatments.
Sam recently published a comprehensive report on over 300 cats treated for FIP and remains actively involved in FIP research, contributing to advancements in feline health and medicine.
