Emma Jones
UK Sales Director
Emma began as a trainee nurse in a small practice in Dorset before completing her veterinary nursing training at Lynwood school. She progressed to head nurse in a larger clinic, where she worked for several years. In 2010, Emma moved into industry, first working with small animals and briefly with livestock, before focusing on her main passion, equine. She joined Bova in 2017, where she is now the BOVA UK Sales Director.

Before joining Bova, Mira attended Nottingham Trent University, gaining a first-class honours degree in Equine Science. This enabled Mira to travel the world and work in places such as Ireland, New Zealand and Australia. She then worked as a stud hand and later a groom managing a thoroughbred stud in Stratford Upon Avon, caring for horses from parturition to adulthood. This aspect of the job fuelled a passion for medicine, and when looking for a new challenge Bova was the perfect fit.

Lucinda Carter
UK Territory Manager – South West
My name is Lucinda Carter, and I am the Bova UK Territory Manager for the South West. I graduated from Hartpury College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Science and have spent my career within the Animal Health Industry, including Pet Food Manufacturers, Veterinary Wholesale and Pet Insurance. Alongside my degree, I also completed level 3 Canine Hydrotherapy.
Cassie Toy
UK Territory Manager – South East
Cassie worked at an equine-only veterinary practice in Essex for 20 years, working her way up from the weekend girl to Head Nurse. Whilst working, she qualified as a REVN in 2011 at Myerscough College.
Cassie is very excited to be part of the Bova team and enjoys visiting clinics and speaking about the benefits of Bova formulations for their patients.

Brett Davidson
National Sales Manager
Brett is the National Sales Manager at Bova Aus and has worked there for a decade. He values the hardworking team and close relationships with clients he has built over the years. Brett enjoys cycling and spending time at the beach with his family. His British Shorthair cat, Charlie, fits perfectly into their busy lifestyle with his simple routine of eating and sleeping.
Kylie Clarke
National Key Account Manager
Kylie joined Bova in March 2021 as the Queensland Key Account Manager. She enjoys working with the friendly and welcoming team and is impressed by the facility’s care and quality. Kylie loves spending time with her family and has a passion for horses. She has three horses, and her family also includes two dogs, two cats, two rats, a blue tongue lizard, and lots of fish. Kylie sees animals as part of her family, and their individuality and companionship always bring a smile to her face.
Lana Shepherd
National Key Account Manager
Lana joined Bova in 2015 and has worked in various departments before settling in the Sales Team. She takes pride in making medication easier for clients and their pets, which she knows firsthand as a pet owner herself. Lana has a family of pets that includes Clyde the cat, Axel the dog, Bunny Foo Foo the rabbit, and Milo and Mocha the guinea pigs. She hopes to continue growing her pet family.
Allison O’Neill

Allison is a Key Account Manager at Bova Aus since 2019. Despite her years of experience in the Animal Health Industry, she learns something new every day at Bova. She loves the variety of solutions available for medicating animals, making it a more pleasant experience for everyone involved. Outside of work, Allison enjoys catching up with friends, eating out, and training her Dressage horses. She also has two Tenterfield Terriers, Mojo and Minnie, with distinct personalities.
