Mira Solanki
UK Territory Manager - Central
Before joining Bova, Mira attended Nottingham Trent University, gaining a first-class honours degree in Equine Science. This enabled Mira to travel the world and work in places such as Ireland, New Zealand and Australia. She then worked as a stud hand and later a groom managing a thoroughbred stud in Stratford Upon Avon, caring for horses from parturition to adulthood. This aspect of the job fuelled a passion for medicine, and when looking for a new challenge Bova was the perfect fit.

Leonie Harrison
UK Territory Manager – South West
Leonie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2021 after studying at Lynwood School of Veterinary Nursing. In 2022 she gained a certificate in small animal dentistry from Improve International after discovering the satisfaction of a good scale and polish!
Outside of work she can often be found cleaning her horses teeth at the yard (true story) or being crafty at home in front of the fire with her three cats.

Lucy Philip
UK Territory Manager – North
Lucy, Bova’s Northern Territory Manager, has a lifelong passion for horses. Growing up around them and spending her summers immersed in equine activities, she developed a deep interest in equine breeding. This passion led her to work in various equine clinics across the country. Nowadays, Lucy enjoys horse riding for fun in her spare time and loves taking long walks with her Cocker Spaniel, Nellie.

Emma began as a trainee nurse in a small practice in Dorset before completing her veterinary nursing training at Lynwood school. She progressed to head nurse in a larger clinic, where she worked for several years. In 2010, Emma moved into industry, first working with small animals and briefly with livestock, before focusing on her main passion, equine. She joined Bova in 2017, where she is now the BOVA UK Sales Director.

Shai Jordan
National Sales Manager
Shai joined Bova in September 2024 as the National Sales Manager. He enjoys working in a positive environment with plenty of challenges and opportunities. Shai has a beautiful wife Kellie and two kids he adores Alice and Finn, one of which is starting Psychology at Monash which will come in handy for assessing her parents state of mind. They all share one dog Anoushka and two cats George and Audrey who are very much part of the family including having at least 5 additional names for each pet depending on the hour or the day.
Lana Shepherd
Internal Sales Manager
Lana has been part of the Bova team since 2015. She began her journey in customer service and gained experience across several departments before finding her passion in sales. Now as Internal Sales Manager, she plays a key role in supporting clients and sharing Bova’s innovative products.She loves being part of the animal health industry and is proud to contribute to a company that’s constantly creating exciting solutions to help animals live healthier lives.
At home, she’s kept busy and entertained by her partner, step-children and two furry companions – Axel, an energetic Aussie Shepherd, and Clyde, a very cheeky cat.
Kylie Clarke
National Key Account Manager (QLD)
- Kylie joined Bova in March 2021 as the Queensland Key Account Manager. She enjoys being part of the friendly, welcoming team and is continually impressed by the care and quality at the facility.Outside of work, Kylie is passionate about horses and loves spending time with her family. Her home is a true animal haven, with four horses, two dogs, two cats, a blue tongue lizard, and plenty of fish. Kylie views her animals as family, and their unique personalities and companionship always bring a smile to her face.
Allison O’Neill
National Key Account Manager (VIC/TAS)
- Allison joined Bova in 2019, bringing with her many years of experience in the animal health industry. She’s passionate about expanding her knowledge and enjoys sharing insights on the innovative medications and treatment solutions available through Bova.A dressage enthusiast, Allison spends much of her time outside work training and competing with her horses. She also loves catching up with friends and dining out. At home, she’s kept company by her two Tenterfield Terriers, Minnie and Mojo, and her British Shorthair cat, Kevin.
Amy Hill
National Key Account Manager (NSW/ACT)
Amy joined the team in February 2026 and brings over 10 years of Veterinary Nursing experience across private practice, referral hospitals, and education.
She is passionate about animal health and improving patient care through high-quality compounding solutions.
Outside work, she enjoys gardening, camping, and spending time with her three cats, three chickens, and many guppies.

- Bova Aus internal sales team was established in 2025 to enhance our support for veterinary clinics and professionals across Australia. This initiative was designed to ensure that even those in regional and remote areas have direct access to expert guidance and assistance. With a dedicated team available over phone or email, clinics and vets can receive timely support, product information, and ordering assistance, helping them provide the best possible care for their patients.
