Ocular pain is a common yet challenging problem in ophthalmology, often inadequately controlled with current therapies such as lubricants, NSAIDs, corticosteroids, and systemic analgesics. The session will focus on the emerging role of topical tramadol, a first-in-class ocular analgesic targeting pain.
