Leonie qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2021 after studying at Lynwood School of Veterinary Nursing. In 2022 she gained a certificate in small animal dentistry from Improve International after discovering the satisfaction of a good scale and polish! 

Outside of work she can often be found cleaning her horses teeth at the yard (true story) or being crafty at home in front of the fire with her three cats.
