Transdermal medications in cats: what do we really know? (2019)

Overview

Medicating cats can be challenging, especially when long-term compliance is required. Recently, transdermal ointments and gels have become available in the UK, offering an alternative route of administration.

Transdermal gels are often easier for clients to apply and generally well tolerated by feline patients.

This webinar will explore the use of transdermal medications in cats, review the current literature supporting (or questioning) their use, and discuss the findings of a 2019 UK veterinary survey.

Join us to gain insights into the practicality, effectiveness, and clinical considerations of transdermal therapy in feline medicine.
