Gastro-duodenal disease in foals (2020)
Overview
The detection and management of gastric ulceration in foals can be particularly challenging. Clinical signs are often subtle, and many clients are reluctant to pursue gastroscopy in young animals.
Compounding the difficulty, there is limited data on the pharmacokinetics of commonly used gastroprotective drugs in foals.
This webinar provides a practical, case-based perspective on the detection, treatment, and prevention of gastro-duodenal disease in foals—equipping clinicians with the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions in the field.
