Creating a Mentally Healthy Workplace – Insights with Dr Nadine Hamilton
We spend a significant portion of our lives at work—often more than at home. Yet, not all workplaces are mentally healthy, which can lead to negative outcomes for both individuals and the organisation.
In this webinar, psychologist Dr Nadine Hamilton will explore what defines a mentally healthy workplace, the impact of workplace conflict, and practical strategies to promote well-being and positive culture.
Learn how to recognise red flags, foster supportive environments, and implement changes that make a real difference.
