New Bova Shop – What you need to know…

We are absolutely thrilled to announce the grand launch of our revamped website and online store on Monday 2nd Dec. It’s packed with features that are going to make your online ordering experience smoother and more convenient than ever before!

Our new website address is bova.vet, we will redirect our old url to the new site so you will easily be able to find us.

On launch day or when you next need to place an order, please ensure you have access to the email you use to login to your existing Bova online account.

• Click “Login”
• You will be prompted to reset your password
• A password link will be sent to your registered email address
• Click the link to reset your password – to minimise disruption, this can be the same as what you are using currently

If you are not sure, or would like to check the email address you have registered for online ordering ahead of launch day, please click on the button below and one of our helpful online support team will get back to you.

Repeat prescriptions currently held in our online shop will not transfer to the new system. These will need to be set up again on the new store.

To make it more convenient for our clinics, our new store has enhanced functionality, allowing clinics to reorder repeat prescriptions without requiring a vet login.

Clinic Accounting

Clinic account payment selection will now have instantly emailed invoices rather than paper copies with medication.

Seamless Online/SMS Client Pay

We’re all about convenience, which is why we’ve made it a breeze to pay. No need for your pet owners to call to pay for online orders, we can email or SMS secure payment links to speed up the process.

Save Multiple Delivery Addresses

Whether you’re needing to ship to another clinic location or direct to your clients, we’ve got you covered. With our new feature, you have the ability to save multiple delivery locations to your address book and edit or remove as required for added convenience.

Formulation Requests

Our range is vast, but if you still can’t find what you are looking for, put in a “formulation request” that will go direct to a Bova pharmacist to review and provide details on availability and pricing.

Prescription Directions Prompt

Use our intelligent directional form as a prompt to have formulation specific instructions based on the chosen product, with the added convenience to preview how the label will be printed and shown on the medication.

Repeat Prescriptions

Managing repeats has never been easier. With just a few clicks, you can action a repeat refill and set up an order for seamless repeats. This feature will also allow you to see how many repeats are have remaining.

Our new website lets you check out repeat prescriptions alongside new ones or other repeats, all in one order to the same delivery address.

View Order History

Our website allows you to view your order history in just a few clicks. So now you can quickly search the Bova formulations previously prescribed for each animal.

Combo Feature/Builder

Mix and match to your heart’s content with our combo feature/builder. Create the perfect combination of products to suit your needs and preferences to make medicating less stressful.

Easily Navigate QA (For next day dispatch)
